You have a problem with consistency? Ease of use? Less RSI? I can't think of a single reason that adding more clicks is a good idea. If you can provide me with a reason I will happily drop it.

Thanks. I too got this information from clicking the tiny "Info" button, reading the description and then closing the window. Rather than just being told the information without clicking.

God forbid making things consistent or helping new players.... I can't always remember what "Fuel Conservation FC-803" means - a tool tip would be useful.
